We recently learned that Phil Sowers lost his 4 year battle with both colon and liver cancer.  Phil pledged Chi Pi Sigma in 1969 and recently retired from the San Diego County DA’s Office after 20 yrs. Phil had moved down to San Diego after he left LAPD and doing 20 yrs there.
