Research and Teaching Interests

Research interests include the diffusion of international human rights norms across the globe and their implementation in domestic contexts, contemporary forms of slavery and human trafficking, and the nexus between human rights, imperialism and economic globalization.  Teaching interests include human rights, human trafficking, violence against women, law and social change, and quantitative and qualitative research methods.
